Cyndi Mack

With over 25 years of experience as a human resource leader, I have dedicated my career to building inclusive, high-performance workplaces that drive strategic growth and organizational resilience. Currently, I serve as the International Human Resources Director for Piovan Group, where I oversee HR operations for US, Canadian, and Mexico facilities. In this role, I lead global HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management—always with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Beyond the workplace, I am passionate about partnering with the community to create programs and opportunities that strengthen our workforce, fill critical gaps, and help individuals unlock their professional potential. Whether through mentoring, workforce development, or collaborating with local organizations, I strive to connect people with meaningful pathways to success. I draw daily inspiration from my four children, whose unique personalities and perspectives remind me of the importance of celebrating differences and nurturing potential in every environment.

Serving on the GO Virginia council is a natural extension of my passion for people, workforce innovation, and economic equity. I look forward to contributing to the council’s work and helping drive initiatives that advance both regional prosperity and individual opportunity across Virginia.
