Ernisha Hall

Through her visionary initiatives, Ernisha Hall is a transformative leader dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap. As the Founder, President, and CEO of the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (VABCC), she has championed economic sustainability for Black business owners, creating pioneering programs such as The Statewide Virginia Black Business Expo & Conference, the GovCon Conference, and a business accelerator program. The Chamber currently supports 1,000 members and is consistently growing. Her unwavering commitment has earned her numerous accolades, including the Unsung Hero Award, multiple Resolutions from the Virginia House of Delegates and the 2025 Virginia Business Black Business Leader Award from Virginia Business.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ernisha serves on the Virginia African American Advisory Board to the Governor and is the Board Member of Fredericksburg Area Health Support Services (FAHASS). She holds degrees in Forensic Psychology, Business, and Social Work, and is pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship. Originally from Jamaica Queens, NY, Ernisha now resides in Virginia, balancing her impactful career with her role as a devoted wife and mother. Her relentless pursuit of economic justice serves as an inspiration to aspiring leaders and ensures her impact will be felt for generations.
