Kyle Allwine

Kyle Allwine is the Manager of Public Relations and Regulatory Affairs for Northern Neck Electric Cooperative. He is responsible for managing NNEC’s story and brand for both employees and members. Since joining the co-op in 2021, he has coordinated the investment of more than $50,000 into community organizations such as the Healthy Harvest Food Bank, the Ledwith Lewis Free Clinic, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and more. Allwine is also responsible for leading the cooperative’s legislative and regulatory relationships at the local, state, and federal levels and its economic development, business retention, and expansion efforts. Allwine holds an MBA from the University of Mary Washington and is a Certified Cooperative Communicator.  He serves on the board of directors of the Rappahannock United Way, the Richmond County Unit for the Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Neck, and the Virginia Clean Cities East Advisory Board. He is currently the vice chairman of the Bay Consortium Workforce Development Board.
